As a new tech start-up with no customers or working products we worked directly with the CareerPoint founding team to establish the business objectives and their go-to-market strategy. From there, we launched a new brand and digital presence.

Our challenge was to develop the brand, launch a website, build out a CRM & automation strategy and then launch a US & UK focused digital Ad campaign.

We created an optimistic and focused brand that encapsulated the energy of the team behind CareerPoint.

We design and coded a custom WordPress enterprise solution for Careerpoint in 2021. The website acts as the entry point for several key different personas for the business. Crucially, the webpages capture Coach recruitment and prospective clients.


The client side of the site includes the ability to browse Career Point Coaches and review real time reviews which is pulled from a customer integration with the Career Point Coaching platform.

Custom landing page and audience remarketing sequences were also created to match these personas.

We designed and built several automations to help streamline and automate many tasks that help improve the customer experience from coaches, clients and coachees.

Running over 30+ email automations, sending 100’s of highly personalized emails a month, we were able to save over 100+ hours of work from the small start up team but also improve response time to people contacting Career Point.

Tracking monthly KPIs, we helped CareerPoint refine their sales funnel and deal stages through complex ActiveCampaign sequences. With the knowledge that each of their clients had various sales cycle lengths, we were able to use the wisdom from our reporting to refine and improve email marketing, landing pages, and advertising campaigns.
